The Bieb is turning Sweet 16 y’all!

And according to the invitation, he will be celebrating like every other 16 year old–with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, sumo wrestlng, air hockey, pool table, on call chef, karaoke, Rockband, Wii, XBox, PlayStation, In-house workout gym, tennis court, paintball and private movie screenings of current movies.

How do you fit all this into one party? You make it three days.

With about a month until the release of My World 2.0, (due March 23), Justin Bieber took to his Twitter to announce the second single off the album. He plans to follow-up “Baby” with the track “Never Let You Go.” The pop singer, who will celebrate his Sweet 16 on Monday, will release the new song on Tuesday.

“It’s only 5 days until my bday, but now it’s only six days until I release a new song off of My World 2.0 on ITUNES!! Wanna know which song??” he tweeted on Wednesday night. “Next Tuesday after my bday (help ‘Baby’ get to #1 for my bday!! Lol) I will release ‘Never Let You Go’ finally on iTunes from My World 2.0!!!”

Bieber also posted a link to a video of him performing the love song, on which he sings, “It’s like an angel came by, and took me to heaven/ It’s like you took me to heaven girl/ ‘Cause when I stare in your eyes/ It couldn’t be better/ I don’t want you to go.”

“Everyone spread the word,” he told his extremely loyal Twitter followers.

Bieber, who will promote his album by performing on “Saturday Night Live” and the Kids’ Choice Awards, recently released his music video for “Baby.” The video has cameos from Drake and Ludacris and even shows off some of Bieber’s smooth Michael Jackson-inspired dance moves.

“It starts off, I really like this girl, but we didn’t [get] along; we couldn’t be together,” Bieber explained. “Basically, I want her back and [I'm] kind of going through the whole thing. I’m chasing her around, trying to get her, and she’s kind of playing hard to get, but I’m persistent. I keep going.”

Justin Bieber will perform at the Kids’ Choice Awards 2010 on March 27, according to People. Nickelodeon is offering an All-Access Sweepstakes with Justin from March 3-10. Enter @ nick.com/kca10.

The winner will receive a trip for four to Los Angeles, tickets to the show, an invitation to walk the KCA orange carpet, access to Jusin’s pre-show rehearsal and a private meet and greet. Rihanna will also perform while Kevin James will host the show.

Like oh my god I KNOW, RIGHT? Why the sudden spike in Justin Bieber mania? Well, can’t be the fact that the 15-year-old Internet sensation was principal for a day at that incredibly lucky school in Covina, Calif.; that’s old news. And it can’t be that he’s huge among the juice-box crowd; that’s old news. And it can’t be his sweet personality; the hair-flipping singer is about as humble and polite as Kanye West.

So what can possibly…ah. Here we go. Mystery solved…

News just came over the transom that the kid is going to appear on Saturday Night Live on April 10 as musical guest.

Per MTV, Bieber will be one of the youngest musical guests ever to grace the SNL musical stage, next to Hansen, Silverchair and the Jonas Brothers. Bieber is already a huge Internet sensation; he was discovered via YouTube and is a regular on the iTunes top 10; he also scored four top 40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 before his album even came out.

So for fans, the SNL thing is massive. The kids are screaming with ecstasy, just screaming.

So there’s that.

But it’s not the only factor making Bieber explode all over our Twitter accounts. Do not underestimate the power of those profoundly annoying quizzes.

Teen pop god Justin Bieber spent Saturday night at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach, a source tells Newsday.

Bieber headlined Pop-Con at the Nassau Coliseum that day. The 15-year-old stayed in an oceanfront suite with his mother, his manager and his tutor.

The West Broadway hotel has 143 luxury rooms, with a tunnel to the boardwalk and “full beach service as well as 37-inch flat-screen TVs and a gym overlooking the Atlantic.

The suite Bieber stayed in is now renting for $699 a night.

Bieber was spotted at the hotel eating Sour Patch Kids. “All of his top fans know that Sour Patch Kids are his favorite,” says the source. “He receives the treats as gifts from his fans all the time.”

Justin covered ‘Wanna Be Startin’ Something’ by Michael Jackson @ POPCON on Saturday night. Justin chatted with OK!

How do you feel about being compared to Justin Timberlake? He’s an icon. He’s very musical. But I’m my own person. Ever get embarrassing love letters from your fans? Not really. They’re all great.

Do you hang at the mall? I go to Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta a lot. I just kind of cruise through. I also like Foot Locker and Journeys (shoe store). You turn 16 on March 1. Getting ready to drive?

I’ve been driving for three months now? Dream car? I want a Range Rover for my first car. You have amazing hair. How do you style it? Me? I don’t style my hair. It just kind of does it.

The movie was written and directed by Nick Cannon and stars the members of the real life music group School Gyrls—Mandy Rain, Jacque, (pronounced “Jackie”) and Monica. In addition to this movie, the Gyrls will be releasing their self-titled debut album on the Island Def Jam label on March 23^rd! They’re also planning a series of books for teens and will have their very own comic book on Archie Comics! Phew, these are some busy girls!

Popstar! chatted with the incredibly sweet trio about their Nickelodeon movie. Here’s what they had to say about working with all of the major guest stars—including Justin Bieber!

Popstar!: Of all of the exciting cameos in this movie, who were you most  psyched to meet?

Jacque: They were all very exciting! I think I was most excited to meet Justin, I’ll be very honest. I’ve been a fan of his since before I was in the School Gyrls group (that happened in 2008) So I’ve been a fan for a while because I was watching him on YouTube. I think he’s an incredible entertainer and he can really sing.

Monica: I was looking forward to meeting Kristinia DeBarge. I really, really liked her song and she looked very humble and she was. I’m really glad I got to work with her because she’s super talented and super down-to-earth.

Mandy: I was most excited to meet everybody! Once I got there, it was like a huge party. When we were hanging out with Justin, he would start playing guitar and we all started singing!

Popstar!: What is the plot of the movie?

Jacque: The plot of the movie is us three girls meeting in detention, all for different reasons. We don’t really get along at first but we’re kind of forced to. So you guys get to see our journey through high school and defeating the bad girl and being ourselves and getting through the everyday high school drama.

Popstar!: What are the biggest differences between your characters in the movie and yourselves?

Monica: We all kind of have our real personalitines in our character but there are differences too.  I would say I’m a lot like my character. I’m very, very into fashion and into makeup and hairdos. But what’s different is that I’m not very into high fashion and I don’t try to be somebody that I’m not.

Jacque: The biggest difference is that I’m not the bad girl. I’m very obedient! I’m always listening to what I’m told. I don’t like to get in trouble at all! But what’s similar is that I do defend my friends, like my character does, and I’m very honest.

Mandy: When Nick was doing my character he was pretty much took who I am and made it into a character. I’m very alive like I am in the movie, bursting with energy. I’m completely out there. It was pretty easy to play her but sometimes its harder to play myself rather than step into another character’s shoes.

Popstar!: With all of the projects you guys have coming up, you have to get along pretty well! How did you know that your group clicked in the beginning?

Jackie: I knew when we were in the room on the first day at Nick Cannon’s house, that the enery was there. It all clicked right away. We’re different, but we’re all a lot alike too.

Monica: I think because we all have the same mindset and we all want to make it. We have to work together and we have to stick together.

Mandy: These girls are just awesome girls! They’re so much fun to be around! You can’t not like them.

Mathias Anderle, the star of Nickelodeon’s newest TV movie, School Gyrls, dropped by the J-14 offices to dish about the movie, Justin Bieber, and his upcoming album!

J-14: Can you tell us about School Gyrls?
Mathias Anderle: It’s based around this group called School Gyrls — they’re three girls in an up and coming pop group. They’re really nice people too! It was directed by Nick Cannon, which was really cool — he’s a really nice guy. Now we’re all like a tight-knit family.

J-14: What is your character Colin like?
Mathias: Colin is a laid-back jock — he’s suppose to be the stereotypical jerk, but he ends up being a really nice guy, which was cool because I kind of got to play myself. I’m really big into sports, but I’m not a jerk! I’m friends with everybody from every group.

J-14: What were Justin Bieber and Kristinia DeBarge like?
Mathias: Kristinia DeBarge was there just briefly because she was on a tour at that time, but I did get to be really good friends with Justin. We’re the same age and he plays guitar and I play guitar, so we definitely hit it off well. Our whole cast went bowling the night he got there. I was a lot of fun. What you see is pretty much what you get with Justin — he’s really high energy, like he is when he’s performing. He always has his guitar in his hands. What you see is what you get. You can tell he’s worked hard for what he’s got and is really grateful.

J-14: Where are you with your upcoming debut album?
Mathias: I’m just starting it now. I’ve been busy with School Gyrls, but at the end of the month I’m going to start working on the album really heavily. I’m excited for that because I get to work with some really cool producers. I’ve been writing ever since I’ve moved down to Los Angeles [from Washington state].

J-14: What’s the story behind your current single “Shine On”?
Mathias: I wrote it because I’ve been thinking about some stories, not necessarily that happened in my life but something that’s really typical of somebody my age — a girl is in your same group of friends, you’re good friends, and you find out the girl likes you back. It’s one of those things you wouldn’t expect — you think she’s so high above you, but it’s a picture perfect ending.

New Teen King Justin Bieber will appear as the musical guest on the April 10 episode of ‘Saturday Night Live’ according to Rap-Up: The hard work of Justin’s devoted fans has paid off. Petitions circulated online to get him on the show and there was even a Twitter account @BieberOnSNL dedicated to the mission.

TJ: There’s got to be somebody in Hollywood in your age group. Justin: I know you are trying to get this answer out of me. I think Selena Gomez is pretty, but I don’t like her. I think she is cute. I think she is a cutie.

PW: Do you have any crushes right now?
Justin: I have crushes, but they’re all too old. Like Beyonce – she has a husband, I might get shot. [laughs] I went up to give Beyonce a hug at the Grammys and Jay-Z said, watch out buddy! He was kidding, but you know…

PW: Now you’re about to kick off a world tour, what can people expect?
Justin: My show is developing more and more. I started with 2 dancers and a DJ and we’ve worked our way up. I’ve got 5 dancers now and we’re trying to make it more and more exciting. But it’s all about the vocals and making the audience have a good time.

PW: You’ve had a pretty exciting couple of years yourself, can you process everything that’s happened?
Justin: Yeah, you know, it’s crazy. This whole thing has been amazing — to present at the Grammys and be a part of “We Are The World” has been crazy. And last year was even crazier. I mean, I got to perform for the president!

PW: You have a new album (“My World: Part 2″) dropping March 23, looking ahead are there any artists you’d like to collaborate with on part 3?
Justin: I would like to work with Taylor Swift. She’s an amazing writer. And, well, you know … Beyonce.
